This week was fantastic! Spring is well on its way! I hope your week was just as good.
Now on to the good stuff. As you guys know, I vowed to improve my intake of water by pledging to drink at least a minimum of 64 oz. of water every day for the next six weeks. On the weekends, I’ve decided to give myself a break and drink what I want. The countdown is on, two more weeks to go. Read my post on How drinking water can be a challenge.
As promised, below is an update on the Health is Wealth Series Water Challenge:
Monday – 64 oz. Woot!
Tuesday – 64 oz. Yeah!
Wednesday – 64 oz. It’s getting easier
Thursday – 64 oz. I’m proud of myself
Friday – 40 oz. Almost there.
This week was better than last week. I’m making progress.
